Antiquitates Mathematicae publishes works on the history of mathematics based on archival or unpublished documents. Preference will be given to work and materials on the history of Polish mathematics. Fields of interest are identified by the divisions: biographies of mathematicians, history of Polish mathematics, history and philosophy of mathematics, in memoriam, letters & reports, reviews. The scope of the journal is not limited to these topics only. The journal was founded in 2006 by Witold Wieslaw and Stefan Jackowski as the sixth series of Annales Societatis Mathematicae Polonae to publish first the texts of lectures delivered at subsequent Scientific Conferences of History of Mathematics organized by Polish Mathematical Society, which remains a constant editorial policy.
